Diamond Platnumz

Diamond Platnumz (born Nasibu Abdul Juma Issack) is a Tanzanian singer, songwriter, and music executive, widely recognized as one of the leading artists in East Africa and the Afrobeat genre. He gained massive popularity with his 2010 hit "Kamwambie" and has since become one of the most influential musicians in Africa. Known for his distinctive voice, catchy rhythms, and diverse musical style, Diamond’s hits include "Number One", "Jeje", "Tetema", and "African Beauty". His collaborations with international artists, such as Rick Ross, Morgan Heritage, and Tiwa Savage, have further expanded his global reach. Diamond Platnumz is also the founder of the record label WCB Wasafi, which has helped launch the careers of several other artists in the region. With numerous awards and accolades, Diamond continues to dominate the African music scene and has earned recognition globally.
