Naps (born Nassim Si Ahmed) is a French-Algerian rapper known for his deep voice, laid-back style, and ability to blend trap, rap, and North African influences in his music. He first gained attention with his 2012 mixtape Mauvais Payeur, but it was his 2018 album La Vie de Rêve that made him a mainstream success, featuring popular tracks like "A L'instinct" and "Pochon Bleu". Naps’ music often reflects themes of street life, success, and the realities of urban living, while also incorporating catchy melodies and infectious hooks. His 2020 album C’est La Vie included hits like "Doudou" and "C’est La Vie", and he later added "Kiffance" (a collaboration with Kiffance) to his repertoire, further solidifying his place in French rap.
