Nitefreak

Nitefreak, born Bhekinkosi Mabhena on September 21, 1991, in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, is a distinguished DJ and music producer celebrated for his contributions to Afro House and Afro-Progressive House music. He embarked on his musical journey in 2009 as a self-taught DJ and producer, quickly gaining recognition for his unique approach to Afro House. His remix of "Premier Gaou" by Francis Mercier & Magic System achieved Gold certification by the Syndicat National de l'Édition Phonographique (SNEP) in France. In 2023, Nitefreak was featured in 1001Tracklist's "The Future Of Dance," highlighting his prominence in the dance music scene. He has received multiple nominations at the Roil Bulawayo Arts Awards, winning Outstanding Club DJ and Outstanding Song of the Year in 2023.
